Motorcyclist in Bangkok pulls a wheelie through red light but face plants into the ground
A bungling motorcycle rider tried to pull a wheelie while jumping a red light - only to fall flat on his face.
The man in a white helmet was waiting at the crossroads when setting off early in front of traffic in Bangkok, Thailand last Sunday (September 22) morning.
To add to his rebellious act, the rider attempted to perform a wheelie on the red scooter - only to lose his balance and tumble over.
Dashcam footage from a waiting car shows the man face plant into the tarmac as the other motorists looked on.
Driver Apichart Kianvijit said it ''served him right'' for trying to show off.
He added: ''I found his clumsiness quite funny. Not only did he ride through a red light but he also tried to do a wheelie.
''It must have been embarrassing for him to fall in front of everybody waiting at the lights. Nobody stopped to help him because it was his own fault.''
