Please find Exclusive News Video Footage (Shot on 18th Oct'19 - 20:00 hrs) of protest riots which broke out in Barcelona city, Spain amid continuing anger over the jailing of Catalan separatist leaders (The Catalan Independence Movement).

A general strike was announced in Spain and five marches, all peaceful, converged on the Barcelona city centre, bringing the streets to a standstill.Police estimated that more than 500,000 people had joined Friday's rallies.

However, protests turned violent as a section of protestors clashed with the police leading to stone pelting, fire on public property etc. The biggest clash happened at Placa Urquinaona, Barcelona City.

The protests which was predominantly peaceful all through these years and even this week, turned violent leading to unprecedented turn of events in the Catalonian independence movement.
