20:01 hrs. Fire fighters were called out to a 2nd alarm fire at 1466 Pulaski Avenue, Coal Township, Pa. as the fire spread to neighboring structures. 1 Fire fighter was treated for head exhaustion while freezing rain continued to fall in the area.
Coal Township Fire Chief Kevin Malukas confirmed that the home is owned by Joseph Llewellyn, 1468 Pulaski Avenue and spread throughout the structure to the adjoining home at 1466 Pulaski Avenue.
Red Cross is assisting the residence who were affected.
Background This fire is considered suspicious in nature after a the residence was raided by state Attorney General's Office drug and a weapon officials on November 21 after the Llewellyn sold methamphetamine and firearms to a confidential informant on separate occasions.
Court documents indicate that Llewellyn sold the drug and a Glock .40-caliber handgun on Oct. 24 and also sold methamphetamine and a Tapco SKS rifle on Nov. 4th.

In 1993 Llewellyn was convicted of aggravated battery in Florida and is prohibited from possessing any and all firearms.
