Luggage was spotted being loaded into a Range Rover amid heavy police presence outside King Edward VII's Hospital as Prince Philip spent Monday there (December 23), marking the Duke of Edinburgh's fourth day in the hospital.

The luggage, loaded by a man wearing a green lanyard, was seen going into a Range Rover which has been identified from its licence plate as previously accompanying the Queen's Bentley State Limousine at Remembrance Sunday in 2017.

It was speculated that the vehicle was there to collect Prince Philip, but the Range Rover then turned around and left the premises with no Duke inside.
