my Storm Ciara Heathrow video of a a special livery Qantas the Australian airline returning to heathrow after less than an hour because the pilot thought he had suffered a tail strike when he took off ( scraped the tail on the runway ) i filmed lots this day showing crosswind wind shear causing go arounds where wind was too strong for the planes to land safely and had to do a go around to try again, if they fail to land twice they must divert to an alternative airport putting huge pressure on the pilots , it was a crazy day where we had winds of up to 60mph and heavy rain at heathrow one of the worlds busiest airports so many flights were cancelled or diverted to other airports.
