I Katherine Reeves. 31. Teacher (but currently stay at home mom with my 2 youngest children) shot this video. I am from Tennessee USA. I took this video in our backyard in the height of summer (1/07/2019) in our small town in west Tennessee. Knowing my toddler (John Patton), he saw the slide and regardless of me yelling “hold on!”, he decided that he couldn’t wait and went anyway! I started videoing because well, I knew what was going to happen was different than he anticipated! My husband and I busted out laughing! And laughed and laughed and laughed! I posted the video to my Facebook page and several of my Facebook friends thought it was hilarious! My two year old, John Patton, just couldn’t wait to slide on the water slide....with no water! I’m a married mom of three from a rural town in west Tennessee. Our summers aren’t spent taking luxury vacations to tropical paradise (gah that sounds amazing!?). Instead, we spend our money on inflatable water slides, cheap water guns, and a boatload of popsicles. We may not live a life luxury, but we are never lacking in love, memories, and a high utility bill!
