Huge build up of foam on the Big Sioux river in South Dakota
Photographer Justin Frantzen described the scene "not a bubble bath, but this foam built up downstream of the Big Sioux River at Falls Park in Sioux Falls, South Dakota." A milder winter has kept these falls moving compared to recent years when they have iced over, but this has allowed more foam to build!
