Huge grasshopper in Mexico looks like a robot
Footage shows a huge grasshopper perched inside the resting area of an organic coffee plantation in Oaxaca, Mexico.
Karin Mijangos recorded the video of the two-inch wild insect which is actually a Horse lubber grasshopper. She visited the plantation when she was in the area for work.
She said: "These insects are nice and harmless as long as you don't disturb them. They will only get defensive if you threaten them."
Horse lubber grasshoppers in Mexico are one of the biggest in the world but they are also placid and friendly.
