Asa is 12 years old and has a dream of becoming a principal dancer at a major ballet company one day. While she wants to train as much as she can, her family value education, quality family time, and raising children based on core value. "Living in a small town with no ballet school was a big obstacle for her as we had to drive 1 hour to her ballet school and back. Our two boys play soccer, so we were barely seeing each other during the week.
But the quarantine changed everything. And it changed for better for her (for the time being). Because her ballet school started offering Zoom classes, she was able to take more classes at home than she could before. And she also started taking advantage of numerous online ballet classes offered by renowned teachers and professional dancers.
We now get to spend time together everyday, and everyone gets to train everyday. And you can see the joy in her smile."
