"F*ck 12," a phrase popularized by rappers to speak against police behavior, has become commonplace during the protests against the police killing of George Floyd.

LAPD opens fire on peaceful protesters at 6:21PM on the corner of Fairfax and Oakwood Avenue. The protesters in this area were not destroying anything or causing any sort of danger towards the line of police that surrounded them. Police started shooting as soon as the protesters started chanting “f*ck 12.”
