The clip, filmed on June 13 in Washington shows Barnie the Manx cat pouncing on a plastic bag the instant it falls on the ground.

"Barnie is obsessed with plastic bags. So while his fur mommy Shelby was packing for their move, he kept tackling any and all plastic bags that he could plot against.
