I shot the video ! My name is Ryan Williams, the (engine was off at the time as stuck in a jam) My name is Ryan Williams, 31, Company Director from Oldham. I filmed it Saturday 8th August at 2pm on the M61 near Bolton In the video there had been a crash ahead and the motorway was fully closed. A guy went and asked the ice cream van if he would serve them and he did! So then people started to go and get ice creams in the middle of the motorway!
