Spain: Violent Hailstorm Pounds Ciudad Real
Severe weather hit Spain's Ciudad Real on Tuesday, August 11, bringing with it hail the size of billiard balls and leaving a trail of damage to vehicles and buildings.
This video shows the owner's pool in the garden being pelted by hail. The pet turtle named Olivia, that can be seen apparently escaping the deluge, was safe and sound, according to the owner.
