US man goes viral on TikTok for his oddly satisfying car calligraphy
A Maryland-based man (@oliversigns2) has gone viral on TikTok after posting incredibly satisfying clips hand painting lettering on windshields.
Collectively his relaxing clips have gained over 6.1 million likes.
John Oliver told Newsflare: "I just went on TikTok early on because a family friend told me he was gonna beat me on followers there. I really never heard of it before. So, as a joke, I posted a few videos. To my surprise, they went viral as they did on Instagram! My friend was happy for me but also furious that I beat him on followers there too!
"I’ve been lettering windshields and various other things for 27 years or more now! It’s been a very tough, fun, sometimes frustrating career, but I wouldn’t want to do anything else! Every day is something different."
