Coming home and near to where I live the guy on the bicycle just came straight out from Springmead without even stopping or looking
He was very lucky I was doing under 30mph which I normally do along this road, and my brakes work well otherwise I would have hit him.
The guy on the bike did not even stop to say sorry he just looked round at me, as if I was in the wrong and carried on.
I really think bicycle owners should be made to take a road test and also have insurance because of people like this.
