UK: ‘Banshee’ Extinction Rebellion Activists Protest Silvertown Tunnel
Extinction Rebellion activists dressed up as banshees to protest against the building of Silvertown Tunnel. They believe that the tunnel is 'racist, colonial and unjust'. They also say that it would cause pollution in Newham, and the BAME community would be the direct victim.
Outside the TfL headquarters in Stratford, these protesters danced and performed to show their anger toward the tunnel building.
