An SUV runs a red light on 101 & 296. My father was the one driving and spoke to the driver of the SUV. She seemed like she was in shock because she couldn't remember what happened, or what time of day it was. The paramedics took her to the hospital

There was a dog in the car, when a bystander offered to take care of it the driver couldn't remember her phone number. A phone number was eventually found in the car and the dog is in good hands.

I do not know what happened to the SUV driver or the dog as my father was not able to give or get her info. The driver of the sedan was in better condition but he didn't speak to them.
