On the 6th anniversary of the 2014 Umbrella movement, few protesters turned up to mark the day fearing the recent introduction of the National Security Law.
In Pacific Place Mall Admiralty Hong Kong, one woman opens a yellow umbrella and stands in silence.
Separately, a man walks around the mall with the now banned anthem “Glory to Hong Kong” playing on a speaker.
Police gather outside the mall to observe.
Two protesters then sing the now banned anthem “Glory to Hong Kong” very quietly to media.
With that the Police step in, storming the mall, kettling shoppers, press and alleged protesters.
