US: Hundreds Join Protest In Philadelphia For Walter Wallace Jr., Black Man Fatally Shot By Police
Hundreds of protesters accompanied by a caravan of vehicles marched in West Philadelphia for Walter Wallace, Jr., a black man fatally shot by Philadelphia police during a domestic incident on Monday, October 26.
Videos of the incident that circulated on social media show 2 policemen shooting the knife-wielding Walter Wallace, Jr. several times despite pleas from his mother.
Police transported Wallace, Jr. to a hospital and he died shortly after. Relatives say Walter is suffering from mental issues.
