Passersby lift up billboard to free elderly woman trapped underneath in southern China
Heroic passersby lifted up a billboard to free an elderly woman who got trapped underneath in southern China.
The video, filmed in the city of Shaoguan in Guangdong Province on October 29, shows a three-metre-long and 1.5-metre-wide billboard suddenly falling down and burying an elderly woman under it when she was walking past underneath.
Nearby passersby ran to lift up the billboard together to quickly rescue the old woman.
The old woman was sent to hospital after being taken out of the billboard. Fortunately, she was not injured seriously.
Police are investigating the case.
