A motorist's dashcam captured the moment two drivers both got out of their vehicles and began throwing punches at each other in Sunderland.

The drivers of a silver car and a white van both pull over on Silksworth Lane and hop out their cars before confronting each other on November 2.

In just a few moments both drivers are throwing punches at each other. A woman, a passenger in the van, came between the pair and broke up the altercation.

The drivers, after exchanging words, both get back into their vehicles and drive away.

The filmer told Newsflare: "There was nothing prior to that incident that suggested that they were having any form of argument then suddenly the car just pulls over almost hits the van, no contact was made, then they both get out and fight."

In Sunderland, United Kingdom on 02/11/20 18:00 2 men randomly get out of their cars and start having a fist fight in the middle of the road while a female friend tries to break it up. No previous indication of an arguement other than when the car pulls up along side the the fight just immediately starts.
