A truck drove through the heavy rain as Tropical Storm Etau made landfall in central Vietnam.

In the video, filmed in Phu Yen, Viet Nam on November 10, a truck drove along a road when heavy rainfall and strong winds hit the city.

Tropical Storm Etau is the sixth storm to hit the area within 30 days. The storm formed in the East Sea and quickly moved inland with strong winds and heavy rain.

Thousands of houses had their roofs been blown off and several areas were submerged by the flash floods.

It is forecast that another storm will hit the city in four days.

According to the driver, he was transporting goods while passing through this area when he suddenly encountered storm Etau. He tried to move the truck near a tunnel for shelter. Strong storm winds made it difficult for him to move.
