Resilient Colombian residents danced in floodwaters as Hurricane Iota made landfall in the Caribbean.

Footage shows neighbors dancing outside their homes in Cartagena on Saturday, November 14.

Heavy rains and strong winds from the tropical storm have killed more than 140 people across Central America.

Hurricane Iota approached the Caribbean region of Nicaragua on Monday night, expecting to bring severe damage on the same part that was earlier attacked by Hurricane Eta two weeks prior.
