Winter Wonderland Sugar Palace at the Aria Casino in Las Vegas Nevada
This has got to be the most amazing sugar display that I have ever seen the Aria create. It took 5 Aria pastry chefs to create this masterpiece. 7 different sugar techniques were used; pulled, blown, poured, pressed, sprayed, dipped and piped. 1k sugar blocks. 500 sugar tiles. 400 lbs of royal icing. The blue front sugar window weighs 1 ton. Took 47 pastry team members to assemble. 20 lbs of glitter and 10 gallons of white paint. Must see if in Las Vegas over the Holidays.
