This is the dramatic moment a furious woman caught an alleged pervert who was filming her while using a toilet.

Jeeb Parichat, 29, said she stopped at a petrol station in Nonthaburi province, Thailand to use the toilet after work on November 26.

The woman was sitting on the loo when she noticed movements in the gap between the toilet door and the tiled floor.

She became suspicious and immediately took out her phone when the person outside appeared to stand up.

While her cellphone was filming, she lowered her head under the wide gap and caught the creepy man who was startled after spotting the camera.

Footage shows the alleged pervert kneeling and holding his phone while appearing to be filming the woman inside the toilet.

Jeeb shouted for help and ran after the man while he rushed outside the toilet to escape until two passers-by stopped him.

They pinned the man down on the car hood and threw punches with him when he became aggressive.

The altercation ended when he was on the floor and the woman called the police for help before he was arrested.

Speaking publicly, Jeeb said: ''I am lucky that we could catch the man. If I did not notice him recording, he may have escaped.

''I was angry when I saw what was happening so I chased after him. What he was doing is wrong. He should never be able to do this again.

''I want other people to know what happened so they can be aware of the danger when using toilets at gas stations, as I've heard many cases of this happening to other people.''

One of the men who helped Jeeb, Sompong Sae-te, 41, was a taxi driver who was parked near the gas station.

He said the pervert was sitting outside a coffee shop and did not order anything, but went inside the toilet following a woman.

Sompong said: "When the woman went to the bathroom, we saw the man walking after her until we heard her crying for help."

At the police station, the man was identified as Wuttichai Chae-Tan, 48, who officers believe may have done this several times before at the service station's toilets.

The man was charged with sexual harassment after the video evidence was submitted.

The police are also investigating if he had other victims aside from the woman and will prepare more cases against him.
