CCTV footage captured a group of frogs' great escape attempt as they hopped across a road in a plastic bag.

The security footage recorded in Yunlin, Taiwan, follows the frogs as they manage to roll out the house's front door and into the middle of a road.

"My family brought back a bag of frogs and put them in the garage first. Later, when they went to get them, they were gone, they thought there was a thief. So they watched the CCTV footage to check and found out that the frogs had escaped by themselves," the homeowner explained.

According to local reports, the family managed to find the bags of frogs and made a soup with them.

(No Sale in Japan, No Japanese Agency) Filmed in Yunlin, Taiwan on 22 November 2020. The owner of this video said "I took this video with my phone from the CCTV in my house. My family brought back a bag of frogs and put them in the garage first. Later when they go out again to take it, it was gone, they thought there was a thief. So they opened the CCTV to check and found out that the frogs were jumping all the way by themselves." According to a local news paper, the family found the the bag of frogs later and made a soup.
