Four young boys get into a boat-load of trouble on river in Thailand
Came across this scene today on the Chao Phraya river which flows through Bangkok. This was at a location upstream from Bangkok at Bang Pa In, about 67 KM from Bangkok.
This adventure turned into near disaster as their small boat capsized in the water. Fortunately the boys could swim. They had some difficulty in getting the capsized boat afloat again. Finally two of them swam to shore. The other two managed to get into the boat again, but it had taken on alot of water. One of them used his feet to try to splash the water out of the boat. To make matters worse, they had no oar. Finally one of the boys swam back to the boat with an oar. Thankfully they all survived the adventure.
