Japan quake dislodges comics from shelves of manga cafe

A magnitude 7.1 earthquake hit northeast regions, including Miyagi and Fukushima on Saturday (February 13) at around 23:08 p.m., according to the Japan Meteorological Agency.

Eyewitness footage shows the inside of a manga cafe with comics on the floor after being dislodged from their shelves by the quake in Tsukuba city, Ibaraki Prefecture.

About 830,000 power outages have been reported in Greater Tokyo Area.

There was no tsunami warning.
