This teenage baker in San Fransisco, California, shows how to make an impressive confetti cake with mini cupcakes as toppings.

Ryan, 17, runs through his ingredients before squeezing rings of frosting on each layer of the cake.

Once completed, he then covers the layers in a shell of icing while adding mini peanut butter cups as toppings.

The 17-year-old then cuts a slice out of the finished cake, showing off the delicious inside.
