Tropical Storm Dujuan, now downgraded to a tropical depression, brought heavy rains and flooding to the southern Philippines Sunday, February 21 forcing over 5,000 residents to flee to temporary shelters across the region.

Heavy rain is still expected to continue on Monday, February 22 until Tuesday, February 23 as the storm made landfall as a tropical depression in Batag Island in Northern Samar Monday morning.
