The latest TikTok trend involving pets has owners keep calling for their dogs even while sitting right next to them.

Nikita Jain in Delhi, India filmed as she called her golden retriever Joy over but acted as if her dog wasn't sat next to her.

The pet owner continued to call the dog's name and the pooch became more and more confused.

Joy then pounced on his owner desperately trying to gain Jain's attention.

In this clip, Nikita Jain attempts the "Call Your Dog" Challenge with her adorable Golden Retriever, Joy. After hearing his name for the first couple of times, Joy simply walks to Nikita and sits next to her.
However, when the owner keeps on calling his name, Joy starts worrying and trying out different approaches to make Nikita believe that he is right there with her.
And then Joy spots the camera and figures out exactly what he must do. He amps up his playful-cum-aggressive side and starts pushing around his owner, which leaves Nikita no choice but to acknowledge Joy's presence.
This hilarious video was filmed on February 4, 2021, and has so far raked in nearly a thousand views on Instagram.
