Here is how you can make your own lava lamp using household items
A man living in Rotterdam, the Netherlands, demonstrated how he made a lava lamp using items found in his house.
Recorded in July 2020, the footage shows Mark Buissink mixing together a range of ingredients in a wine glass.
Buissink uses a combination of water, sunflower oil, an effervescent tablet, and a dry colourant.
He said: "I saw a video on social media which showed how people can make lava lamp at home. So, I ordered the ingredients online and shot this video at home. I made this video to entertain and inspire people to try making it at home themselves."
