Eyewitness footage shows twisted wreckage of Eygpt train collision that killed at least 32
An eyewitness video shows the twisted wreckage of two trains that collided in Sohag, Egypt, leaving at least 32 dead.
The footage filmed on March 26 shows locals and officials inspecting the destroyed and overturned train carriages.
Piles of bags and clothes are seen strewn across the track.
At least 32 killed and more than 100 were injured after the emergency brakes were activated on a train causing another train behind to crash into it.
Egypt's President Abdel Fattah el-Sisi tweeted: "I closely followed the tragic accident that we saw today, when two trains collided in Sohag Governorate. The pain in our hearts today will only increase our determination to put an end to this type of disaster."
