Railway Protection Force personnel rescued an elderly woman who got trapped between the locomotive and the platform in northern India's Uttar Pradesh on April 2. The incident took place in Aligarh.

CCTV footage features a woman falling into the gap between the train and the platform in broad daylight. Following this, security personnel hurries towards her and attempts to pull her out while everyone gathers near them to help the elderly after halting the train. Moreover, a cop rushes towards them to examine the situation.

An elderly woman, identified as Kusum Gupta, and her son-in-law were about to board a train when Kusum slipped and fell in the gap between the train and the platform and endured an injury on her left leg. Following this, an alert Assistant Sub-Inspector (ASI), Omveer, and constable, Kajal Kumari, rescued the woman and safely pulled her out of the gap.

However, the woman was rushed to the hospital to provide her immediate medical help. Furthermore, the woman is safe and out of danger following her medication in the private hospital.
