A doctor removed a live leech from a man's nose in Vietnam.

The video, shot in Ha Noi on April 15, shows a doctor using tools to pull the leech out of a man's nose.

The man said he washed his face in a mountain stream a month ago and then had a constant bleeding nose with pain.

According to the doctor, the leech attached to the man's nose canal to suck his blood and caused damage to the nasal canal area. Fortunately, the leech did not go deeper inside his nose.

According to the doctor, the man came to his clinic and said he had pain in his nose and bleeding constantly.
After examination the doctor discovered a living leech living in the man's nose and sucked his blood.
The man said he washed his face a month ago on a mountain stream. Maybe the leech got into his nose when he washed his face.
Doctor said the leech was attached to the nose canal of the man sucking blood and causing damage to the area of the nasal canal. Fortunately the leech did not go deep inside.
The man said he would no longer wash his face in the stream after seeing the leech in his nose.
The doctor said that the streams in the mountains contain a lot of life in the water, so be careful when using spring water.
