Ryan Gosling helps out with lesbian marriage proposal
A heartwarming video has emerged of actor Ryan Gosling helping a woman propose to her girlfriend at SXSW in Austin, TX, US.
The footage was captured on Saturday by an audience member at a Q&A for the film 'Lost River' at the South by Southwest festival.
It shows Hollywood star Ryan Gosling and the film’s cast, including Eva Mendez, answering questions.
A woman in the front row, named Heather MacKay, then stands up and says: "I'm going to kind of take away for a second if I can and ask my girlfriend of eleven year if she'll marry me".
Gosling immediately offers a microphone and the crowd cheers as the women kiss after the proposal.
