Getting my first COVID-19 vaccine shot - 1 step closer to traveling again

I'm lucky enough to live 3 kilometers away from a mass vaccination center, one that was shown on the national news actually, with the French president choosing it, as an example of good practice, for its first visit to any such site in the whole country. Plenty of vaccines available there, from Pfizer-BioNTech, the best in the world I believe. Eligible people (depending on their age, profession, and health conditions) can secure an appointment online, and others can show up at the end of the day to try to catch one of the leftover doses of the day.

This video show me in that center, and also on my way home, sharing tips to maximize the vaccine effects:
- Have good nights of sleep in the week before the vaccination ideally, and at least in the previous night/2 nights, and in the following one(s) too if possible (it can change up to 50% of its effectiveness!)
- Do light exercise before/after, as it seems it would help, even though not fully proven, but in any case cannot be a problem, so, as long as you don't feel dizzy or anything like this, I would say go for it (but remember, LIGHT exercise, not big one, which would then be counter-productive)
