Police used batons to stop England fans confronting Scottish fans gathered in London's Leicester Square on Friday 18 June.

There were clashes in the area before and during the game as police attempted to keep rival groups apart. After that, the celebrations passed off largely peacefully before fans were finally cleared from the square after 1am local time.

Police said they made 30 arrests in connection with the match, 25 of them in central London.
