The driver has received NIP since the date of the report the case wasn't referred to the court meaning the driver has accepted a fixed penalty or driver awareness course. MET doesn't give follow-ups for causes that are not referred to CPS anymore. MET has provided information about referral to the court for all cases up to October 2020. FPN for the phone is £200 and 6 points.
If he got FPN twice, that would mean losing the licence.
