The footage, captured by one of the diners, shows the moment the sexy clip was inadvertently screened on a television set in the fast food restaurant earlier this month.

While the filmer and family initially assumed it was an X-rated film, it later emerged the scene was part of popular TV series 'Outlander'.

According to local media, the outlet has since been forced to apologise for accidentally playing the rude material.

In a statement, the fast food chain said "'We apologize for any negative dining experience that may have occurred as a result of the restaurant's TV being changed without awareness or permission to a station showing inappropriate content."
