A heavy rain that hit Minsk this afternoon, June 26, flooded many streets of the city. The rainwater drainage system did not cope. Somewhere cars were sinking, somewhere waterfalls were pouring from bridges, and people were walking waist-deep in water. The city has not known such large-scale flooding for a long time.
