Cullen Tebb, 21 filmed this video on the 6th April at Sandsend beach near Whitby. In the video Cullen's sister Kyna, 15 and dog Jacko "were at the bottom of the steps because Jacko loves water."
Adding that "a freak wave appeared which carried her up the stairs and back down again. The dog just walked away after as if nothing happened. Kyna was absolutely soaking wet and had to buy new dry clothes."
