This is the hilarious moment an officer from the Metropolitan Police was busted playing games on his phone while apparently on duty during the England vs Denmark game at Wembley Stadium earlier this month.

The filmer, who gave his name only as Jim, began filming after spotting the officer on July 7 stretched out in a police van tapping away on his phone with the video game clearly visible on the screen.

Jim approaches and began to tease the officer.

"How much are you getting paid to do that?" he asks.

When the engrossed young constable fails to respond, the filmer turns to his senior.

"Oi sarge, have a word!" he says.

The more senior officer bangs on the window causing the constable to sit up startled and embarrassed to be have been busted.

"How much you get paid for doing that?" the filmer asks again as the policeman rolls down the window of the vehicle.

"I'm here to look after this," the officer responds with a sheepish look on his face.
