Bristol Magistrates' Court, Bristol, UK. 3rd August 2021. Jeremy Corbyn's elder brother Piers Corbyn, 74, of East Street in Southwark arrives at Bristol Magistrates' Court and gives a statement regarding a recent YouTubers prank duping him into accepting a “£10000” bribe. Corbyn, a weather forecaster, allegedly took part in a demonstration which saw around 400 people gather on College Green on November 14 last year in opposition to the coronavirus lockdown. The event, held under the title Stand Up Bristol, came at a time when Covid rules prohibited gatherings of more than two people and did not allow protests. Last week, anti-vaccine activist Piers Corbyn was tricked into accepting a fake £10,000 donation from a YouTuber posing as AstraZeneca shareholder.
