Hospital Where Injured Migrants Were Taken After A Deadly Crash In. Texas
Christus Spohn Shoreline Hospital in Corpus Christi, Texas, USA where 4 of the migrants who were severely injured on Wednesday, August 4, 2021 were taken for treatment. Ten more undocumented migrants were killed and at least 20 in total were injured. The injured were taken by ground or air ambulance to hospitals covering more than 250 miles away from the scene of the accident. The accident occurred south of Encinitas, Texas in Brooks County, about 100 miles from the US/Mexico Border.
