This groom was so overwhelmed with excitement after glimpsing his bride-to-be in her wedding dress for the first time that he was unable to speak.

A video filmed on August 9 in Delaware captures Bello Frasher gawping at his partner in her wedding dress with a huge smile on his face before eventually asking permission to touch her.

"This video is from our First Look," said Frasher.

"Out of the blue, an angel touched me and as I turned around, I saw it was my beautiful wife," he added.

"Since she is a doctor, I’m used to seeing her in her scrubs 90% of the time. It was SURREAL seeing her in a wedding dress for the first time that weekend!" Frasher added.

"How did I get so lucky? I even asked for her permission to touch her as you can see in the video," he concluded.
