Cyclists hit the streets of Amsterdam in the nude for World Naked Bike Ride
When people ditch their clothes, hop on their bicycles and hit the road, that means it's time to kick off the World Naked Bike Ride (WNBR).
The 11th edition of WNBR in Amsterdam, Netherlands took place on August 28, 2021. This footage, filmed by Agata Nuckowska, features a scene from the event.
The filmer told us: "I was walking back home and saw naked people on bikes. Then, I found out it was the World Naked Bike Ride."
The intent of WNBR, especially in a pro-cycling zone like Amsterdam, is to spread awareness about the benefits of cycling as opposed to opting for a motor vehicle, in addition to inspiring body positivity.
