A careless moped rider seems to come to a junction, but instead of stopping to check if both ways are clear before pulling out of the junction, the moped rider seems to just cruise out of the junction, through the oncoming traffic lane, and gets to the lane he wants to be in, but there's a queue of cars already there. Due to this queue of cars he can't merge into the lane yet, so he instead stops his moped in middle of the oncoming traffic lane, causing an incoming moped to drive straight into the rear of him. Thankfully both parties seem okay, but we can only imagine the frustration.
