On the morning of September 20, a young man opened fire at Perm State University. As a result of the incident, 6 people died, another 28 were injured. The shooter was neutralized by a traffic police officer who arrived at the scene; now the attacker is in a hospital in serious condition.
September 21 is declared a day of mourning. The video shows a journalist reporting at the entrance to the university. In the background - desks with flowers.
