An aerial video shows the high water level at the flood peak of the Yellow River after a rainstorm in Binzhou, Shandong Province, China on October 3rd. The Yellow River has reached its highest level since 1988 due to heavy rains in Shandong province. Binzhou Yellow River bureau mobilized many machinery for flood operations. All scenic spots along the Yellow River were closed.
